Abstract
In this paper we have presented a Public KeyInfrastructure for wireless sensor networks. The scheme tries to solve the problem of security in WSN by the use of public key cryptography as a tool for ensuring the authenticity of the base station. In the proposed scheme, we tries to increase performance of the WSN by using ECC method which is based on the Discrete mathematics. ECC is more complex than other cryptographic systems and its performance is efficient than the first generation schemes. Our evaluationsdemonstrate that the proposed scheme is secure and requires less memory space than the public key cryptography based incentive schemes which improves efficiency.
