Abstract
This project includes analysis and design of Monolithic Concrete Dome for low cost housing and comparing its cost and energy efficiency with a conventional building. The project emphasizes the need for low cost housing in India and providing the best solution in the form of monolithic concrete domes that not only render cost efficiency but also have proved to be disaster resistant over the years. Monolithic Concrete Dome structures are comparatively more stable than normal conventional buildings.
